I offer a combination of talk therapy, skill-building, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) — an eye-movement therapy designed to decrease the emotional reactivity and distressing symptoms experienced following stressful or traumatic events (visit http://acceleratedresolutiontherapy.com to learn more). I primarily see individuals though I do some work with families. I seem to be an especially good fit for folks who are struggling with codependency, have a history of trauma or unhealthy relationships, or are struggling with self-worth and identity.

It’s important to me that you reach your goals and walk away with insights and skills that will help you navigate life. I view therapy as a collaborative relationship and an opportunity for self-discovery for clients who are ready to accept responsibility for their personal growth. I appreciate the vulnerability of those who choose to share their stories with me and enjoy working with folks who want support as they engage in self-exploration. Therapy with me is about feeling supported, safe and connected. I look forward to joining you in the process of stepping into the fullness of who you can be.
