Dan Reif is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. He received his Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin Stout. Dan is dedicated towards developing a working relationship with his clients built on a foundation of respect and trust.

Dan has over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. He is experienced working with a diverse range of mental health concerns that includes identity, attachment, relationship, mood, depression, and anxiety. He also has expertise in the areas of chemical dependency, stress and anger management, parent skills training, child behavior management, sensory integration, trauma informed care, and play based therapy. He has a passion for working with individuals who suffer from trauma, anxiety, and dual diagnosis.

Dan is eclectic in his therapy approach using Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a foundation. He asks thoughtful questions, listens to both verbal and nonverbal communication, and enjoys processing thoughts and feelings that come up throughout the therapy process. Dan also offers psychoeducation to his clients in a way that is easy to understand and apply. He works hard to foster a safe and supportive environment. For individuals to grow.
