COVID-19 Response – Update
We know there is concern as the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve. Ensuring the health and well-being of our clients and staff is our top priority. We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and responding as information becomes available.
In effort to keep our clients and staff safe, our main office closed to the public effective Monday, March 23rd. Our administrative staff are available by phone to schedule appointments, answer questions about billing, or address records requests.
Five Rivers Mental Health Clinic currently offers telehealth care for our clients. Telehealth care is psychotherapy or behavioral services conducted by video and audio. If you are interested in receiving telehealth care services, please call our office at 507-345-7012.
If you have questions about COVID-19, please go to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website for more information about COVID-19 or the Minnesota Department of Health website for a situation update about Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
